"I chose Belding over the other contractors I talked to because they were super professional and knowledgeable. I forgot the name of the man who gave me the estimate (I’m so sorry!) but he came on time, took photos and video of where my leak was and explained the whole process if I did choose to go with them. "This was a tile roofing repair, generally I was pleased with the work except with one item. There were some roof tiles with the corners of the tiles broken or a cracked. I feel those tiles should have been replaced. There was a cost each given to replace damaged tile and I would have been happy to have those particular tiles replaced. Manual was very professional and courteous. His office was also helpful and courteous. I would recommend them."

"Roofing USA were very professional throughout. They were punctual, although the work got done a few weeks later than planned but such delays happen in this industry. They seem to have done a good job with the Gaco coating, although I did have to ask them to come back after they were done to redo a few patches that didn't get a thick enough layer. They were happy to do that. They only had to resurface part of my roof - the rest is a walkable roof deck - and they did leave many spots of Gaco on the roof deck which I had to ask them to come back and remove. I though the price was expensive but it was easily going to work out cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. They also had the least disruptive plan for working around my AC/heating unit. I got a higher bid from A+ Sustainable Coatings, and Hollywood Roofing told me I would have to hire a crane to lift that unit off the roof while they worked, which they said would be about $2500. I never did get a complete bid from them but with that extra cost I assumed it wouldn't be competitive, and I didn't think the crane was necessary. With Roofing USA, the price worked out at about $7 per square foot."

"Eric is an expert in cleaning and he was able to find the right products to use to clean and shine the bricks that were particularly badly spotted and ugly. When I have more time, I will ask him to clean and shine all the other bricks with the same products because the result was that the bricks look new again."
