"I was very pleased with the service. I called on Wednesday and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The technician called on Thursday to ask if he could come a little early, which worked great for me. He came within about 15 minutes of his phone call. He looked at the washing machine and assessed the problem quickly. He explained the issue and gave me an estimate for how much a full repair would cost. When I explained that I didn't think the repair would be worth it, he told me about used appliances sold at the store, but he was not pushy. He also a gave me some advice for how to deal with the issue if it happened again before I purchased a new machine. I would call Metro Appliance again for repair services, and we also plan to look there for a new machine.

"Stache and sons appliance repair went above and beyond with their service. My GE dishwasher needed repair-it was totally dead and needed a new control board. Tyler showed up, mask on, and ready to work. Unfortunately, through no fault of Immediate or Tyler, my dishwasher needed both control boards replaced. After much back and forth with GE technical support, Tyler, the owner of stache and sons Appliance Repair came in person to pick up my dishwasher and do the repair in the shop. Tyler and his staff put many hours into my job, and I was not charged any more than what I was originally quoted. That speaks volumes as to true customer care and not taking advantage, as I am sure many others would have. My dishwasher was returned in working order, and thank goodness no problems since its reinstall. I have spoken with Emma the scheduling guru, and they handle a stressful job with professionalism and humor. It is not easy being on the front lines talking to angry people that want their appliances fixed yesterday. Emma deserves to be commended on keeping her cool and approaching things with a level head and a sense of humor. I have been using Stache and sons appliance repair for a while, and I will continue to do so because they treat customers fairly and with respect. Thanks again for a job well done."
