Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Stache and sons appliance repair went above and beyond with their service. My GE dishwasher needed repair-it was totally dead and needed a new control board. Tyler showed up, mask on, and ready to work. Unfortunately, through no fault of Immediate or Tyler, my dishwasher needed both control boards replaced. After much back and forth with GE technical support, Tyler, the owner of stache and sons Appliance Repair came in person to pick up my dishwasher and do the repair in the shop. Tyler and his staff put many hours into my job, and I was not charged any more than what I was originally quoted. That speaks volumes as to true customer care and not taking advantage, as I am sure many others would have. My dishwasher was returned in working order, and thank goodness no problems since its reinstall. I have spoken with Emma the scheduling guru, and they handle a stressful job with professionalism and humor.
