"They were late for the initial appointment; they were very courteous and discounted my service call. Reason for being late was previous client they were working turned into some major issue and they did not want to leave them without working plumbing...this shows care and concern for people and their clients! My repair went fabulously even with the surprise of drainage clog, will definitely refer and use Tiptons again!"
