"Mike and his son did all the work themselves. Came out and gave a free estimate, priced the project, then got right to work once the job was accepted. They worked quickly, efficiently, and did an excellent job. They kept the workspace clean and cleaned up thoroughly upon completion. They punched a hole through the wall to install a new window. The drywall on the inside has a texture and had previously been redone horribly. Mike fixed it right up around the window to match the rest of the walls. On the outside he fabricated a boarder to make the aluminum siding match up with the window frame. Overall it was excellent work!"

"We needed to have a walk-in-shower installed to replace our 20 inch high whirlpool bathtub. Through Angie’s List we found the perfect contractor in Calloway Corporation LLC. The owner Keith stopped by within a day of posting, looked at our layout and what we wanted done and he was back a day later with the estimate which was very reasonable for the work we wanted accomplished. We had to revise the original estimate a few times only because my wife wanted extras added which was not a problem. The owner and his right-hand manager Katherine were more than agreeable and cordial in meeting our needs and goals. The work crew was very punctual showing up every day at 0700, military time, 7:00 am. Retired Navy, what can I say. The demolition phase included R J and Jeremy removing the old walk-in shower and attached closet, removal of the huge whirlpool tub and the large Glass Block Window. Removal of the window necessitated cutting a hole in the siding, removing the old insulation and boards. Luckily, we had two boxes of new siding in our attic for the initial house build which saved us money along with floor tiles that were used to patch and enlarge the floor. Once the backdrop for the new shower was installed with the necessary braces for tie in of the grab bar and teak chair that same day the two carpenters installed new insulation and siding. And honestly it looked as if it was the original work. The carpenters were outstanding. Very meticulous, paid attention to detail, and did not miss one nail on outside clean up. Masters of their Trade!!!! What really impressed us was the way they treated our home with respect putting drop cloths on all the floors leading to the bathroom work area. They also did a top to bottom clean up at the end of each day’s work. The tile setter Rob is a Master of his trade. Probably one of the best tile setters in Delaware. Talk about perfection!!!! His final work looks good enough to be a multi-million-dollar mansion. Our walk in shower looks fabulous. Keith and Katherine provided us with the best sub-contractors in the area. The Plumber, Electricians, and Painters did a fantastic job and cleaned up afterward and took all waste products with them. Not only did R J and Jeremy work on demolition they also built beautiful, sturdy and space saving shelves and put on perfectly closing folding doors, installed new tiles and installed the grab bar and teak seat in the shower and installed our new vanity with all the hardware. Everything came out Beautiful. My wife and I both love what they accomplished for us. I know this was verbose but I wanted to instill in anyone who needs a top-notch contractor and crew who complete a project with pride in workmanship, work ethic and trustworthiness to call on Calloway Corporation for any project. "That was a project to convert a single car garage into a recreational room. I love my new room with a ping-pong table, new windows for a daylight in the day time and all ceiling lights when its dark. My new vinyl plank is warm even for bare feet. Thanks to mini split unit on the wall, the room can be heated in a winter or cooled in a summer. Some details of project were changed during the construction and I appreciate how flexible Brent was to adopt the changes and new elements to include into his work. He came up and told first when had met any obstacles and usually came up with suggestion how to avoid, build it differently or even to redo some steps when he thought it could be better for the result. "I had them build my beach house during Covid and I could not be more pleased with how things went. Materials and labor cost was an issue but I was kept informed the entire way on timing of the items as well as increased cost for the project. They are very quick to respond and also very polite and courteous to me and my wife. I could’ve went with a big builder in the area but would have never gotten the treatment that I did with such a caring local builder. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of work and the Delaware market."

"We hired Jeff to manage an extensive renovation of an older home that we bought in 2021. He managed all elements of the big project including extensive demolition, encapsulating creosote, replacing insulation, installing bathroom vanities, designing and installing a fireplace mantel, tiling a fireplace surround and kitchen backsplash, updating a 1970s kitchen and installing new flooring throughout our home. His communication throughout the 10 month project was excellent - with frequent updates via text, email, and in-person meetings.
