"Do not work with these people. They come out and recommend replacement of all the springs on the door, plus replaceing all the bearing wheels. When you don't go along with their recommendations they roll all the costs into the work that you are having done. In this case, one spring and installation, $450. Got it done by another company for half of that, $210. Called them to complain, their excuse was they are a bigger company and their prices are higher. The customer should not have to pay for their company being bigger. Very, very, disappointed in their approach and professionalism."

The door I had picked wasn't in stock in the warehouse which is no big deal, but he worked with me and we got a better door than I originally picked out that was in stock. and ready to be delivered, with a better R-Value. They were very prompt in letting me know of any updates, and they were also very professional.
