"I have a 1957 built ranch-style home that needed some major upgrades over the past 3 years.  Those projects were all done by Dion at Three Rivers Remodeling.  I met Dion back in 08/2011 through my neighbor (his in-laws) and the first project was my upstairs bathroom.  I was impressed with Dion's professionalism, attention to detail/cleanliness, and punctuality.  I was really impressed when Dion asked if it would OK for him to work on the bathroom on Labor Day.  Since then, in 2011 Dion installed glass block windows in my garage and replaced the doors/base boards in the hallway.  In 2012, Dion replaced a paneled wall in the living room with drywall, painted the living room, refinished the hardwood floors, and built stairs leading from the basement to the living area.  In 02/2014, I hired Dion for a complete kitchen remodel.  Finally, in 11/2014, Dion remodeled my downstairs bathroom.  On that job, after he gutted the room we found several problems that we were not expecting.  Dion worked most days until 9:00 (after asking me if that would be OK) in order to get the job done by the promised completion date while not sacrificing the quality of the finished project.  When I show people the finished project, they are always very impressed by Dion's work.
Dion does all the work himself and he is a bit of a perfectionist.  I know that he prefers to do the job right as opposed to doing the job cheaply.  I cannot say the same thing about the prior owners of my house.  When we discovered the issues with the downstairs basement, Dion explained my options.  What we could/could not get away with.  What is the right way/workaround to correct the problem.  Inevitably, with my experience with Dion, I trust his judgement and always authorize him to do it the right way.
When it comes to pricing, I do my research and go into the project with a range on what I think it will cost.  Dion always comes in within that range.  Never overpriced and never a low-ball estimate.  He discusses what needs to be done with me in layman's terms and his contract clearly discloses all the work to be done for the price.  Any unanticipated costs (like on the downstairs bathroom) are clearly discussed, priced, documented, and presented to me for approval before Dion proceeds with any work.
Oh, and Dion likes my dogs (and they love him) even letting them out for bathroom breaks while he's on the job.  May seem trivial, but, just another example of the extra steps Dion takes to make the whole process a positive experience.

"Had a walk in shower installed. Cody H. and Johnathan H. were the install crew. They were very professional and courteous. Protected all floors and vanity with drop clothes. Did a fantastic job with the install and made sure all areas were cleaned when job was finished. Would highly recommend West Shore Home to anyone interested in bathroom remodel."

"I wanted my oversized tub removed and to install a larger walk in shower . Luis and his team came and immediate began working on demolishing the bathroom. Everyday they cleaned up behind themselves and was patient with me to answer all of my questions and any concerns I had . They were very professional and pleasant to work with. Also Tom who is the Contract Manager also work with me even when I made the mistake .. I would recommend Luis and Tom for all your Bathroom Renovations !!! Very pleased customer !!"

"Carmen was fabulous! Consistently excellent across all phases of the project, starting with initial consultation. He was more personable and helpful than the competition and his bid beat several other contractors by far. Then when it came time to actually do the work, he was iron-clad reliable. When the linen closet did not arrive on time - no problem - Carmen agreed to come back 3 months later to install it. The bathroom is beautiful and function. We will definitely call him for future projects and refer our friends to him."

"Professional, high quality product, customer service was excellent every step of the way. Replaced windows, installed a patio door. After getting a few quotes from other companies went with Mad City for the bathroom remodel too! Worth the money, definitely recommend!"

"If you are looking to remodel, Anthony McCann is your man. When Anthony came to give us our estimate, he was prompt and courteous. He listened to our expectations and offered suggestions without being pushy. He gave us a quote and told us that was the final price even if he ran into unexpected problems. He also offered a flexible payment plan. Dino and John, the craftsmen, were prompt, respectful and neat. They were so quiet, the only reason we knew they were here was hearing their tools. They worked on our project all day, every day until completion. Their workmanship was impeccable and they did a great job at cleaning up at he end. We have been enjoying our remodeled family room for about two weeks and haven't found a flaw yet! While McCann Home Improvements was a little more expensive, it was well worth the extra money for the dependability and quality craftsmanship. Don't hesitate to give Anthony McCann a call for your next remodel job."

"My husband and I hired Alan to remodel our very outdated kitchen/almost entire first floor area, our master bathroom and our main bathroom. We cannot say enough about the beautiful work that Alan and his crew did for us!!! Not only was the end product aesthetically beautiful but the quality of the workmanship is top notch! Alan personally guided my husband and I throughout the process from designing how best to utilize the spaces we were remodeling for convenience, practicality, and functionality but also offered his expertise and insight on questions or ideas we had throughout the construction phase. And his crewâ ¦ we could not have been more pleased with! They all exceeded our expectations for what qualities you could only hope for coming into your home! They all were professional, courteous, punctual, and tidyâ ¦ actually vacuuming up the workspace everyday before they left!! Steve, James, David, Matthew, Jason, Tony and Mike made what could have been a very stressful process actually a pleasant one!!! And this is coming from both my husband and I both working from home, with our son, and 2 dogs while the construction was occurring! Lastly, with hiring Alan were extremely comforted by the level of trust and rapport we had developed with him and his crew. My husband and I placed trust as one of the most important attributes in hiring someone to come into our home. We never once doubted having to leave our house alone with them workingâ ¦ which in todayâ s day and age we considered priceless!! So all in all having 3 major projects done in our home we feel that we could not have made a better choice than hiring Alan Mikol!! He will be the first to tell you that he may not be the least expensive in town, but as we have found for the overall quality of the work that he and his crew does and the entire experience of what having a remodeling project entails you cannot go wrong with choosing Alan! "I hired Luiz to remove kitchen cabinets, dishwasher, cooktop, oven and lift hardwood flooring. He then reinstalled the cabinets and appliances. Ceramic tile was installed to perfection. He also repaired some walls and painted the ceiling. Looks great! Easy to work with, very professional and fair market value pricing too. Iâ  m recommending him to my family!"
