"Khiem and his team were great. We had a very clear design idea of what we were trying to achieve and DAC was able to achieve it at a reasonable cost. We found Khiem to be trustworthy and reliable. When unexpected conditions were discovered, he offered value engineering suggestions to complete the work, maintaining the design intent without exceeding our budget. The few plants that had issues, or items that were not installed per the documented design intent were quickly remedied without debate or added cost. He also clearly takes pride in his work and checked up a few times months later in person to ensure his work was holding up and is meeting expectations. In the end, it took a little longer than we originally anticipated to complete the work, but we were very satisfied with the result and would definitely hire DAC again in the future for our landscaping needs."

"I cannot say enough good about Art.  He installed tile which looks like hardwood in our master bedroom.  He came out to bid our job was on time and gave us our bid in a timely fashion.  He worked extremely h****** our floor and did more than most installers would do as our house is a concrete slab and he had to fill a crack and level the floor on one side.  Our floor looks great, we could not be happier!!   <br /> Another aspect we loved about Art is he does his own work, he was on time, did a great job and the pricing was very fair.   He did such a great job he is doing our other 2 bedrooms in November with the same tile.  Thank you Art for doing a fantastic job!! <br />"

David and May are quite a team when it comes to insuring that the contracted job was done to our agreed specifications. I have an HOA that has rules for decks, fencing, and patio roofs. May and David assisted in communicating with them and me to assure rules were met. They were patient, professional, honest and forthright in our negotiating, as well as helping me with decisions I wasn’t sure about. They actually wanted me to be happy with my decisions. “Where there was a will, there was a way” The workers were awesome. They checked with me as they went along, making sure no changes were necessary. They were on time, efficient, and worked steadily. When they or I had questions, May or David were called and FaceTimed. No surprises. May was at my home to inspect the job periodically. She wanted to be sure all was on schedule, and I was pleased. David was out also, and did final inspection before the job was signed off. What an amazing staff. They know how to work with people, to insure what the customer wants, within the price range the customer has. I will hire Cosmic Renovation and Roofing again, to do my patio and hard scape when I’m ready. They are wonderful! I highly recommend them!!
