Carlos reviewed details of the contract with me and we worked together to make adjustments if I had minor changes during the remodel. Long Creek construction workers, plumber, and electrician were timely, efficient, and consistently worked M-F and on some weekends. The result of Long Creekâ s work is a beautiful 600+ sq ft bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is absolute nirvana: beautiful black matte porcelain tile floor, a black porcelain tile accent wall and shower accent, with luxury polished cream tiled walls with hints of black within. The shower has 6 shower heads, including 1 static rainfall, 1 hand-held shower head along with 4 side-wall mounted pressure point shower heads. The mirror has a defogger button and three-way light dimmingâ seriously? On either side of the mirror are beautiful sconce lights. The Woodbridge freestanding jetted tub is the final touch to give the bathroom a total spa-like atmosphere. And the vanity has spring-loaded closures for the cabinet doors and drawersâ no detail was overlooked. Long Creek did a spectacular job increasing the size of the primary bedroom from previously 200 sq ft to over 600 sq ft. It features two walk-in closets, beautiful solid hardwood floors, a high ceiling with recessed lighting with dimmers. The ceiling fan is a top-quality 8000+ CFM beauty. The bedroom has a large sitting room that breaks up the space very well and gives me and my husband the feeling that we are in an upscale hotel suite instead of a bedroom. Long Creek Construction is a professional, efficient, team of experts. They worked every dayâ even days with inclement weather. They donâ t waste time, they are incredibly accommodating, and they do things right! I am so impressed with the level of regular communication, exceptional quality of work, and timeliness of Long Creek Construction. I am extremely happy with the work and ! will definitely choose them again!"

"We write this review as a sigh of relief now that our renovation project with River View is finally complete. The quality of the final work is excellent, and the construction crew, architect, and county inspector were all great to work with. The original crew we worked with, led by Edwin, were so hardworking, friendly, thorough, and fast. That's what really pushed us from 2 to 3 stars. However, the process getting here was frustrating and unnecessarily chaotic. Timeline & Communication Issues: Initial promise: We were clear that the renovation had to allow us to live in our home during construction and be completed before Christmas. Early communication: Our original project manager, Cris, was personable, and early communication seemed fine, if a bit informal and sometimes inappropriately personal. Major miscommunication: Near the holidays, we discovered that the plans submitted included cutting into the roof — something we explicitly said we didn’t want. This contradicted verbal assurances and caused major last-minute changes. Project Management Failures: Poor planning and oversight: Cris and the architect’s plan didn’t align with the construction work. We had to get involved directly with the county to fix errors. Paperwork errors: Incorrect submissions to the county added delays and confusion, which we had to monitor ourselves. Last-minute scramble: We were cleaning up dust on Christmas Eve due to these planning failures. Personnel Turnover & Lack of Handoff: Cris leaves the company: No proper handover to James, the new PM, who was unfamiliar with our project. Crew replaced: The original crew, who were great, were gone; new crew had no context or direction. James leaves: Another handoff with no context — the third PM had no idea about our project or its outstanding items. Escalation mishandled: When we raised our concerns with Kyle, the CEO, the response felt dismissive, with no accountability for the previous missteps. In summary, it's a beautiful end result... but we’re glad it’s over. The process left us frustrated, confused, and frankly, exhausted."

"All the people at Elevate Design and Build were amazing and a pleasure to work with. We doubled the size of our house including tripling the size of the kitchen, knocking out walls to create an open floor plan and added a three car garage with home office over the garage. They even recommended modifications to our original blueprints which were excellent. All their workers friendly and did a first class job. Went totally above and beyond our expectations. One year later we have not had one single problem with any of the work. Total integrity. If any issue came up, the company absorbed the cost - not the customer. Everything they did was done perfectly. We didn't have a single issue or complaint during the entire process. I give them my highest personal recommendation. I would never use anyone else."

"We just had the original kitchen in our 1968 house gutted and renewed by Vienna Prime Custom Kitchen & Bath (Prime Custom). BLUF: We highly recommend you consider them in your due diligence efforts to find a reliable & quality K&B contractor. Good internet reviews were a significant factor in selecting potential bidders for the refurbishment of our kitchen and two full bathrooms; that’s why we are submitting this robust positive feedback. In fact we are putting our money where our mouth is by awarding the refurbishment of our two main bathrooms to Prime Custom. These two combined projects are more costly than the kitchen was. Our procurement strategy was to hold back the bathrooms until they proved themselves with the kitchen. They came through in spades. Our kitchen journey from planning, contracting, detailed design, execution and final delivery was by no means a cakewalk but Prime Custom was an outstanding partner and delivered a quality product. We trust them! Believe me, we were a bigger “PitA” than any customer under the sun but Prime Custom Prime was collectively patient, understanding, informative and most importantly tolerant of their sometimes-antsy interior design challenged clueless customer. Their team, including an involved owner, consisted of Filiz the designer (PC Vienna), Nick the PM (PC Arlington), and several company employed skilled tradesmen in all disciplines, including the après project cleaning crew that were “the Best”. Even with a professional and organized contractor team doing quality work, the vagaries of ripping out and replacing a kitchen is a taxing psychological rollercoaster. Despite a detailed Statement of Work (SoW), there were lots of moving parts with so many big and small decisions throughout the project. Prime Custom did a masterful job “herding cats”. The project was 95% complete in three weeks and we were able to reclaim our new beautifulyl retooled kitchen by the middle of the fourth week. We did our homework. We developed three pages of bulletized line items, one for each room in our SoW. After interviewing a dozen K&B contractors including onsite visits and receiving half a dozen bids on our very comprehensive SoW, we culled the list down to three potential providers. Prime Custom matched the low bid for the kitchen with one contractor and the two bathrooms of another. We decided to go with Prime Custom with the hope of their doing all three rooms after they proved their worth on the kitchen. Our strategy has worked so far. We will update our review after Prime Custom completes the two bathrooms. It pays to be anal in working on home improvement project contracting, no matter how painful."
