"Alex and his team are fantastic. They renovated our DC rowhouse kitchen, and we couldnâ t be more pleased. Alex was able to figure out creative solutions to our small space (moving pipes, adding a fake beam, making use of empty space, etc.). And his employees are very talented. The carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, cabinet installation, and overall attention to detail was top notch. They showed up nearly every day by 8am and worked until 5pm. Incredible work ethic all around. I would highly recommend using them for your next home remodeling project."

"We loved working with DreamMaker. We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted our kitchen and dining area to look like, but were unsure if it was going to be possible and what materials should be used. Mr. Everett listened closely to what we wanted and delivered in every aspect. He was able to rearrange our kitchen so that the flow is much better and provide us with custom built-in shelves and bench. He not only pointed us in the right direction for the big things like counter-tops, but also for the backsplash, drawer pulls, and lighting fixtures. All our work was done efficiently and Mr. Everett's team went above and beyond whenever an unexpected problem occurred. I am confident that all the work was done thoroughly and that I will not have any problems in the foreseeable future. The same team arrived promptly at my house every day and worked diligently so that the job was done in the time frame originally quoted to us, despite some additional plumbing work that was necessary. Because the same workers were in my house everyday, I felt comfortable coming and going and knew that my house was in good hands. If I ever had a question or concern about anything, I would text Mr. Everett and he would always get back to me very quickly, even on the weekends or at night. He was also very quick to come to the house if anything was ever needed. I have not experienced such great customer service with any other company. The materials used for our new kitchen are beautiful, and I feel that we had everything done for a very fair price. I would highly recommend DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen because of their ethics in every regard. "Diaz and his crew recently completed a job for our home. It started off with a basement renovation. They installed several sections of missing drywall and reinstalled a set of windows (that were installed incorrectly by a previous contractor). Then they painted our basement, installed new recessed ceiling lighting, placed new moldings and installed flooring with vinyl plank After the basement was completed they completely redid our kitchen and main living area They installed new cabinets and countertops. They redid all of our upstairs lighting. They removed old nonfunctional heaters and redid the floor moldings. They installed a new tile backsplash for our kitchen. Finally they painted and installed new flooring. I can’t say enough great things about this contractor. I found that he and his work crew are extremely proficient and did excellent work. They had incredible attention to detail. The painting, flooring, lighting, and every single thing was absolutely completed to perfection. The team cleaned up thoroughly every single day, and took great pains to minimize the impact of their work on the rest of the house (by placing tarps, drapes, and plastic doorway partitions). I was very happy that a single contractor was able to do all these various different things and still do them so well. Diaz did have specific companies that he worked with to make the cabinets and countertop but we were very happy with the options that he provided. He even helped us set up a visit in person to look at countertops before we made a final decision. Diaz was honest and upfront, and was extremely reliable. He made multiple suggestions throughout the process to improve the renovation and the function of our home, and I really trusted his input. Diaz is highly skilled as a designer as well as a contractor. Diaz stuck to his estimate. As expected with a project like this, extra things did come up along the way that lead to additional cost. But Diaz was upfront with those additional costs, and they all seemed extremely reasonable. If there was any negative it was that Diaz and his crew were always extremely busy. As a result, communication sometimes took a while, and the renovations took a little time (since they were clearly juggling multiple projects at once). However, I do feel that overall Diaz his crew did the job in a timely manner Most importantly, we were extremely happy with the end result. We feel like we’re living in a new house and cannot recommend Diaz highly enough. If you’re looking for a crew that has great attention to detail, a high level of versatility across various contract jobs, and that is extremely trustworthy and reliable, then Diaz and your crew is the right choice. We will definitely use them again the next time something needs to be done at our home."

"Matt yusufhanoglu and his company Living colors did a phenomenal job in restoring my 1958 ranch house into a gem. The house was empty and in terrible condition on the inside. With the help of his architect Matt was able to present me with multiple choices based on the open floor plan that I wanted in the main living area. This included tearing down an attached room and building a beautiful sunlit addition that extended the kitchen area and added a sun room. Matt and his site lead Carlos also creatively found space to add a full second bathroom to make the house an efficient 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. I can’t say enough about the quality of the work and the amazing interior design selections such as cabinets, windows, flooring and associated hardware that made this house my dream come true."

"This was definitely a 5 star operation from the initial discussions to the finishing touches! For a major renovation and upgrade to our master bathroom we reviewed potential contractors and their customer comments. VKB stood out. Our VKB designer Sean clearly has artistic talent and lots of design experience. He patiently worked with us, showing us 3D design options as we considered alternative configurations and materials. When we were satisfied with the design, Sean transitioned us smoothly to the build phase, introducing Jason as our project manager and Walter as our crew chief. Sean personally familiarized Jason with the project, inviting us to share our thoughts and any concerns. During the renovation, Walter and his crew would carefully isolate the MBR work from the rest of the house, sealing off the room and path to the front door with plastic barriers and floor coverings every morning and remove them every evening. Everyone was polite and sensitive to our living space. Jason was responsive to our wishes to refine several design aspects as the work proceeded, and Walter and his crew smoothly made the alterations. After the main construction was completed Jason remained very attentive to our ‘punch list’ of remaining details and our questions until all had been resolved. Walter ensured very high-quality work down to the finest detail. All the work from design to completion was well within the timeframe we had hoped. In the end, we have a beautiful MBR well beyond our original expectations!"

"Moises Lopez of Mou Contractor Services, LLC, and Bee Construction, LLC, did a wonderful job constructing a new hall closet with shelves and barn door. He is exceptional doing drywall repair, painting, as well as installing wood flooring. The workspace is always kept clean and the job completed in a very timely manner. I so enjoyed working with Moises and hope he will return for other needed projects!!!"

"I’ve used Allen and his team on multiple projects. He is my go-to contractor because I can trust him to tell me what I need and what I don’t need to have done in a project. His prices may be higher than others but the quality is worth it. In this most recent project, Allen took my laundry area from concrete and concrete block, to a fully finished laundry room complete with new appliances, counters and cabinets for storage and folding, a space for drying clothes to hang, and a closed off utility space. Additionally, he changed a half-bath to a full bathroom with 5-ft shower. To do this, Allen, Jeff, and Ryan had to dig up the concrete floor to move pipes; had to replace copper piping, and reroute ductwork. In doing so, they found that my dryer had been venting into my ceiling rather than outside, which was a fire hazard. I am fortunate that they found this. As the project was wrapping up, I had them paint and add new flooring in the family room adjacent to the laundry and bathrooms. I also had them replace my backyard fencing, relocate the outside spigot and hose attachment. As with all of my projects, Allen’s the attention to detail was beyond compare. He kept me in the loop when problems or decisions need to be made."
