All the crew members Ben Mott (was very knowledgeable, did the home energy audit, followed up with competitive quotes, which was adjusted to accommodate my request, offered BGE rebates upfront, patient and friendly to attend my calls and answer all the questions), Zam (Crew leader who did the exhaust fan installation), Tun (Crew leader who did an outstanding job to insulate the attic and basement), David (Crew leader who did duct cleaning and Aeroseal) were phenomenal and did an outstanding job. The end result is a day and night difference before and after the work and my BGE bill last month went down by more than $100 which is a huge cost saver. "This was our second time using Diaz for our painting and home renovations. Once again he and his team did an amazing job. For this job, we had Diaz paint our hallway and master, redo our stairs and stair railing, re-finish and stain the hardwood floors, remove old baseboard heaters, and do a complete renovation of our upstairs bathroom (new paint, new floors, new vanity, new toilet, new lighting, new exhaust fan, etc.). He also helped haul out old furniture, removed an old (non-functional) oil gas tank from the basement, and replaced a broken storm door. One of the great things about working with Diaz is that the answer is always yes. His team is more than just painters - he has skilled craftsmen, workers with expertise in plumbing and electric, and everything else. There is no need to deal with anyone else. If you need something done in (or around) your house Diaz either can do it or has a guy. After contacting Diaz, he came right out for a free estimate. "We had an energy audit done by Kyle Farrell in mid-September, and due to an alleged broken phone, this audit was not fully completed until the end of October. We tried multiple times to reach out and get ahold of Kyle, but he does not respond to messages or answer his phone. When we finally got him to come finish the audit (we had to go through the main company's page to complain to get a response) he told me he trashed his phone playing golf, and that they were "really busy" with other jobs as an excuse. Mind you, this was over a month after the initial audit visit. He then promised us his "window guy" would reach out to start the process to give us a quote. It has been days and we have heard nothing. We were having the audit done to take advantage of tax credits, which expire this year. We lost a month to get the work done due to Kyle's poor time management skills & failure to respond, and we will likely miss out on the tax credit as the timeline is too short. Would not recommend. "
