We quickly set up a time for an estimate the next day. He was very thorough in explaining what needs to be done and how it will be done. He is attentive when listening to my needs and answered every question patiently. He submitted an estimate in the promised time frame and modified it according to my requests. On the day of the install, the crew was very polite and professional. Lincoln took the lead in the project while his crew did various aspects of the install. They took off their shoes when working inside the house and vacuumed up everything when done. At the end of the long day, Lincoln sat down with me to test the ethernet network and access point they installed to make sure everything worked. He also helped me set up an account for the Ubiquity network and made sure everything worked. I can't ask for a more professional technician and businessman.
