"I discovered Deck and Shed Pros while planning to add a garden shed to my property. After shopping the many options for fully constructed sheds, it became evident that there was not going to be an easy way to get a fully constructed shed into my fenced backyard (by accessing a neighbor’s yard, tearing down part of a privacy fence, sloping yards, etc.). I contacted Jim and Jen at Deck and Shed Pros, where they helped me to purchase a shed that was pre-fabricated in pieces and could be delivered through the existing gate! Because I had been shopping and knew what I wanted, the ordering process moved very quickly, but I noticed the company offers a full variety of sheds and buildings to choose from (identical to the fully constructed sheds I had looked at). While the shed was being constructed, Jim provided a status each week of the progress and planned delivery timeframe. On the delivery date, workers assembled the shed in under 8 hours. They were hard-working, courteous, and left the yard clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Deck and Shed Pros to anyone who is shopping for a shed or outbuilding, but most especially if you have a hard to reach area or yard! Everyone was professional, helpful, and friendly to work with and they accomplished everything as promised. Five starts to Deck and Shed Pros—I would definitely work with them again!"

"Tom built a roughly 500 sqft deck for us using Azek. About half of the deck is rectangle screened porch. The other half is slightly irregular deck. They are pretty high off the ground as shown in the picture and the stairs also curve back to the side of the house to save space. Tom and team did a great job. I get a lot of compliments from friends and neighbors I waited almost two year to write the review to make sure the build quality stands up to time and it did!"

"Dave Lombardo and Bill Hensley from American Deck and Patio did an amazing job designing, planning, and building our new deck, outdoor shower, and privacy walls. We received Dave’s information from our friends who used American Deck and Patio for their new deck and screened-in room so we knew that his company did great work. I first spoke with Dave over the phone and we went over my project needs and estimated the materials and cost to see if that was within my budget, which I thought was prudent to ensure neither of us would be wasting our time. His costs were very competitive and cheaper than some other quote I had received for the deck. Soon after our phone call Dave came to our house and designed our deck right on the spot, which was impressive to see him knock it out so quickly. We quickly saw his expertise and experience firsthand. While on site he helped explain the process, answered all questions we had, and we went over the details of the project. We had to wait on materials because we went with a cable railing system, which was no fault of American Deck. Luckily for us the materials came in on time and once the project started it was smooth sailing. Bill Hensley was our deck builder and we couldn’t have been happier with the quality of his craftsmanship and his professionalism. He showed up everyday (even one day it snowed) and kept a very clean work space, which was much appreciated because we had just spent a lot of money to upgrade our patio. Bill answered any and all of our questions and made sure to double check with us if he had any questions prior to progressing. We couldn’t be happier with American Deck from start to finish. "I talked to many (I'm a bit embarrassed to say how many!) deck builders to get quotes on replacing my wooden deck with a composite deck from spring until early fall 2019. I was looking for a combination of the right price, outstanding customer service, and feeling confident that the contractor would do the job right. "This company actually listened to what I wanted. We had a 40 year-old upper and lower outside deck that structurally was sound. If I were to replace these decks as suggested by several companies, my guess is it would have cost $35,000. This company assessed my decks from a structural standpoint and determined that they could rehab the deck with long lasting materials and my deck would be something I would be proud of. "I contacted 5 other companies to replace a 27 year old wooden deck and railings. ONLY one of them showed up to provide an estimate. They were $7K MORE than FF&D for same materials. It was a replacement, not a new build. FF&D Kelsey very nicely followed up via Angies List. I ignored them for almost 3 weeks but Kelsey, kindly, without spamming me, suggested a free estimate at my convenience. I sent a terse reply thinking it would fall thru, but it didn't. Jim was beyond helpful, keeping in touch thru the HOA approval process. Within weeks they had a date for replacement and removal of old decking material. Within 2 days the work was completed without issue and we have a beautiful composite deck with vinyl railings. They did exactly what they said they would do and we're very pleased with the result."

"Fence and Deck is the only company we will ever use for these kinds of projects. We had a fence replaced some years ago and were happy with the work, product and customer service since that project was finished. We decide to go with Fence and Deck to replace our old deck that was really falling part. Everything from the initial appointment through project clean up was done completely professionally. The demolition crew caused a small problem with our electricity, but the project manager more than amply recompensed us for it. We had a separate company remove a backyard pool right before the deck replacement. The Fence and Deck project manager and other company reps kept in constant contact with us, and were unbelievably flexible when the first project was delayed several times.
