"They are hard to reach via their online reservation service, but I got them on the phone after a couple of tries. It is a small operation, so the guy in the office is often out working on cars as well. They were very professional and installed the tinting quickly. There was a small problem with some bubbles when I picked it up, and they promptly took it back in the shop and fixed those bubbles and went over the whole back window a second time to be sure, and were very friendly about it.
