He clearly explained to be what issues my power meter was having. On the day of installation he was extremely patient waiting 6 hours for Georgia Power to arrive and shut off power to the Meter. After instalation he explained what work was done in layman's terms. My experience with Big Frog Electric left me beyond satisfied. "I just moved into a recently renovated home and couldn't power up a brand new dryer that had just been delivered that morning. The delivery guys said that I had two days to figure out if the problem was the outlet or was dryer was defective. If it was the dryer, they would pick it up and take it back and bring a replacement at no charge, but only if the dryer was defective. The only way to know was to hire an electrician. Luckily I found Julius and called him explaining the situation and the urgency. He was here within 20 minutes! "Not an emergency, but I was in a pickle. Melissa was quick to respond to my request. Rather than take advantage of me, she jumped into action to see if she could make things happen. Within 15 minutes I had a price-range and an arrival within a few hours. I do have to knock off .5 stars as the switch and cover plate that were installed against my pure white backsplash are off-white. Beggars can’t be choosers though and maybe that’s all he had on the truck."

"The first technician did not show up on the day he was supposed to be there. He did phone and say he had run into problems at the previous job and could not make it. The water heater did need replacing but it was not the problem with the water leak. It was the air conditioner and the pipe was clogged that took the condensation water out of the house. The reservoir was filling up and leaking back into the house. The technician stated I needed and air conditioner person to work on that. I was only told about the air conditioner leak after the water heater was replaced.to the price of $2550. I still had the water leak."
