"We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. "I will start off by saying I think I might be the only person in history to say that the renovation went perfectly and I was happy with everything. Let me explain. Wanted a full kitchen and bathroom renovation. We met with Efren (the owner of Nunez Construction) and he had an energy that made us realize that he was experienced and also was open to some new and interesting ideas. He promised the project would be done in 5 weeks - it ended up being 5 weeks and 3 days - essentially on time. The work was flawless and beautiful. He added little flourishes like saddles made of quartz and shelves in an area where a cabinet would not fit. Additionally the measurements from the get go were perfect - the cabinets were the right ones from the beginning and everything fit perfectly in the space on the first try. There were a handful of additional costs - custom shower door, glass cabinets for a bar we built and the appliances (not included in the contract price). All in, Efren stuck to his price, time frame and promise of quality work. Everything from the craftsmanship to the painting were impeccable. What I also appreciated about him was that we stayed in communication with each other from the start. If there was an idea that we presented to him that wouldn’t work in the space, he would let us know and suggest a viable alternative. Great collaboration. Will definitely work with him and his crew again. Already recommended to friends and neighbors."

"Quite a few years ago, Artie renovated our bathroom.  Not only did he do a super job, but he made so many helpful suggestions along the way making decision making much easier.  For example, he suggested the type of tub to install and ones to avoid.  He helped us order merchandise and we were able to get a contractor's discount! 
     Recently we wanted to add a stone grilling station and a gazebo to our yard.  Everything I shopped for, I did not like or it was way over priced.....Artie sat with me and helped design a BEAUTIFUL, river rock-blue slate grilling station.  Once again, he directed me where to get the grill, type of grill, what to avoid and what would look best.  He takes the time to listen and know exactly what the customer is looking for.  He made everything by hand and the result shows....We get so many compliments from it!  He is currently completing a Tiki Hut Bar/Gazebo........when it came to ordering the tiki hut straw for the roof, Artie took it upon himself to google information online and forward me what he had found.....this made it so much easier on my part!  The bar came out great!!!
     Not only is Artie extremely talented, but he is so easy to work with, is very professional,responsible and shows up for a job when he says he will.....when do you ever get that?????  I HIGHLY recommend Artie Derosa!!"

"Words cannot describe how well these guys did and everything they worked with us on. We had several small jobs and deck work. They painted our high vaulted walls and ceilings. They fixed our shower plumbing and added an acces panel for the shower. They installed a new ceiling fan. They re-faced our rotted deck and replaced several joists. Replaced both sets of stairs and set them in concrete. Amazing woodworking, professionalism, punctual, truly good people that you can actually trust. All work was done in a very timely fashion. We will definitely hire again for various projects around the house."
