They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. She came to my home to provide an estimate and discuss her company's service a couple days later. She recommended cleaning products and materials and her team of two arrived the following Thursday. They did an excellent job and were very thorough - using a step-ladder to dust/clean tops of doors/moldings, mirrors/pictures, etc. They have been cleaning for us now every other Thursday for about 6 months. Subsequent cleanings have been consistently good, with attention to instructions for specific items.
