"I needed an exterior door replaced and was dreading the project because there were complications including rotten wood and irregular framing as old houses some times have. Guilmar's crew did a fanatic job. They were knowledge, efficient, and clean. After this experience, I scheduled several other projects with him."

"Home2Renovate painted the entire exterior of the house including the stucco and trim. They did an excellent job in prepping the house for the actual painting and they completed the house in a timely manner (5 and 1/2 days straight through). They were professional and took great pride in their work. They kept me informed throughout the process. They also installed rain gutters which complemented the paint scheme of the house. I would highly recommend them for home repair and painting projects."

"We hired RIB for bathroom remodel in our house. Mario was our project manager. As we proceeded with the project, we discovered additional issues with our house that required repair, so we expanded the scope of the project to repair an exterior wall with water damage, apply stucco to the exterior of our entire house, and also replace our existing metal roof with asphalt shingles. The whole project took about 6 month start to end. We are happy with the new beautiful bathrooms, roof and exterior walls built by Mario team. Mario is very responsive to our questions and concerns through out the project. We mainly used Whatsapp to communicate, which is very useful when I didn't have time take phone calls at work. During the main phase of our project, Mario also visited us in person every day, to discuss progress. We appreciate how Mario kept us informed, and also patiently explained many details in remodeling to us, which is important for us when making decisions during our project. There were some period of time where Mario was visiting A foreign country , Even when he was having a time zone difference, he managed to respond to our questions within 24 hours and managed the project remotely. There were some challenges during the project and Mario always made sure that any issues occurred was taken care of. We don't have to worry about mistakes from the construction crew. When testing the shower pan of our new upstairs bathroom, little water leakage occurred and we found that water came out of a light bulb downstairs. Mario had his crew came in about 2 hours , and fixed the water leakage, and also opened the ceiling and walls in the affected areas to ensure that there is no water damage inside before re-sealing them. 2) During the construction of our new roof, the roofer took a misstep and his leg punched a hole in the interior ceiling of our living room. Mario sent his crew to repair our interior ceiling to ensure that the repaired area has the same texture, and repaint"

"Superb from start to finish, and it cost LESS than the estimate. This was a great experience, maybe the best I’ve ever had with a repair service. They were friendly and smart on the phone, they arrive on time, the technician was background-checked, well-spoken, clean and kind, they did the work quickly, and they charged LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE. "I can’t begin to put into words how satisfied I am with the professionalism, efficiency and job I had done. Arnold and Devon were amazing and helped make this a seamless and effortless project from start to finish. And the workers Ruben, Ernesto, Emilio and Zero were hard workers and very courteous. I also needed a few additional items fixed around my house and they went the extra mile to throw those in too. When they left, they left it cleaner then they found it. I am forever grateful for their help and will advise everyone needing work done to see A&A for peace of mind and dependability to get their project done and be completely satisfied. Thank you A&A!"
