"Mike was very honest and truthful in his assement of my garage"

"Jason told me he could fix my garage door and that it wasn't necessary to replace it, if I didn't want to at this time. I really appreciated the honesty because a new garage door was not within my budget! I will hire them when I do shop for a new garage door!"

"He arrived on time, immediatley assed the problem and repaired it within 30 minutes. Awesome job, thanks so much"

"Excellent work. Would recommend to anyone with garage door needs. Was very thorough and professional."

"A spring broke on my old school garage door. He listed my options I went with the cheapest and he was okay with it. He replaced the spring and it works"

"Russell was very professional. He fixed my door quickly. Really appreciated his work ethic. will definitely use his services again for any of my garage door needs"

"I had considered purchasing a door at a local home improvement store and changing it myself. But, after talking to Overhead Door and getting a quote from them, I decided it was foolish for me to tackle it myself! I have a better quality door than I would have bought and it was installed and the old door taken away. Everyone involved were very professional and I would highly recommend them for your next door purchase!"

"Service went okay, but I was given a "hard sell" proposal with two options, replace both springs and rollers (the rollers had been replaced last year by Precision Door, but the agent said they always recommend replacing them when they do other repairs. The springs were replaced a few years ago, but the agent said they either were of inferior quality or not installed properly, as they were not supporting the weight of the doors. The second proposal (nearly $1000!!) would be a complete rebuild of my entire garage door opener systems. I have had no problems with the doors so couldn't begin to justify the work proposed. Consequently, I'm going back to using my other source (Southeastern Garage Doors), whom I trust. Based upon my experience with Precision Door, my impression is they are out to sell you services you really don't need."
