"Chris didn't sweep the floor of plaster residue where he cut hole in the wall for the switch. Also he apparently had to take an electrical picture off the wall in order to install switch but he could have hung the picture back up after the job was done. I'm a disabled elderly woman and now I'm unable to rehang the picture . I feel that Chris should have picked up after himself."

He had researched Reverse Osmosis systems, and discussed a newer product that was infinately superior to my current system. He recommended updates to piping as I have an older home, and some older installations did not meet current code requirements.
