I am an educated consumer of home improvement services and have contracted for numerous projects over the past 10 years in a 100 year old bungalow. We had John come out and take a look and he told us he could do the same work for almost $800.00 less! I can't say I didn't have some trepidation. Neither of which worked after nearly 20 years, that had to be removed first to make room). And, for so much less.
