"Overall, I was very satisfied. They were busy, so it took some time to schedule the work, but the issues were not urgent. I called Garafano Electric for an estimate in late December. They came out to provide an estimate within about 10 days. The work was scheduled on a date convenient for me, several weeks later. I needed them to come out for a follow-up visit on the faulty lighting circuit and they scheduled that very quickly. They were able to identify an intermittent problem with one of the circuits and came up with an effective solution. They also recommended a good wireless switch and came up with a clean way to install it without cutting into walls or the ceiling. They did the routine work - replacing outlets and switches - very efficiently. The pricing seemed very fair. I purchased the parts myself and provided them. They offered good options in a couple of situations where unexpected conditions were discovered. I would definitely recommend them and use them again."

"very well; contractors were prompt; quickly found the problem and adjusted wiring and put in new switch."

I just recently got my electrical contractors license. I’ve been doing residential and commercial electrical for the last 20 years.

"I lost power in the back half of my home, and after being given the run around by my previous electrician, I decided to search Angie's list for an alternate electrician. After a few minutes of browsing, I stumbled upon Raymond and specifically chose him because of his ridiculously high Angie's list rating. After speaking to Raymond, we made an appointment and, to my surprise, he showed up early. This was a great sign since I'm used to servicing professionals either: 1) showing up late, or 2) giving me a 4-hour window and still arriving late. So far, so good. On Raymond's first visit he did a great job assessing the problem and gave me an estimate to fix the electrical short, but he also recommended other electrical repairs that would bring my old 1955 home up to code. After reviewing his proposal, I was a bit depressed since I knew I couldn’t afford all of the repairs that I knew I needed to tackle in the near future, so I decided to give him a call to let him know. Raymond was very understanding and offered to come out to my home for a second time to hunt for the electrical short in my home. On his second visit, he arrived early (again!) and quickly found a shorted electrical outlet that was causing the power loss in the back half of my house. He quickly replaced my shorted outlet and patiently educated me on a few DIY repairs that he recommended me tackling to help safeguard the safety of my family. I was very relieved and happy to have found such an honest and proficient electrician. I highly recommend Raymond and I will definitely be reaching out to him going forward for future repairs/upgrades. Thanks again Raymond for all your help!"

"Mega Power Electric is an excellent company to work with. Gary and his team are knowledgeable, honest, and will go out of their way to get the job done right. We installed panels and solar battery storage unit in our home and we're reaping the benefits of being clean and green."

"I had thought I purchase two hours of electrical service only to be informed that the actual work scope was essentially limited to changing light bulbs, fixtures on an existing circuit, or trouble shooting an existing problem....things that I can handle for the most part on my own. Even if I had all the materials to add a fixture onto an existing circuit, that was not considered part of the contracted scope. I also had been trying to arrange for someone to be home during period of time that service could be performed, and finally arranged for someone for an entire week (starting Monday 3/20) to permit the work to occur. The ADI scheduler informed me that all next week was taken."

"The job went fine. They installed the new outlet quickly, re-routed a cable from the outside wall, and installed an outdoor outlet. Overall it was a good deal.

"Luis and his team were very professional and efficient in getting the work done. I had new electrical outlets added, upgrades completed in a bedroom, and outlets installed for a TV and electric mounted fireplace with no visible plugs. Everything looks clean and seamless. Highly recommend! They also installed flat LED ceiling lighting & a in both the bedroom and living room and a fandilier, which turned out great. The owner personally made sure to contact me when his crew was on their way, which I really appreciated. I would definitely use them again and have already reached out for another home project!"

"Was charged an additional $65 for the light switch which was supposed to be included in the advertised packaged"
