"The company was very great. I can say my experience with them was definitely an "A" rating. I received a free estimate from Michael and as soon as I got the price, I decided to proceed. I had an addition built to the side of my existing home. The process was very smooth, Dina kept constant communication with me and gave me a weekly schedule of the work being done. They did start a bit early in the morning but it needed to be done since I had a certain time frame. Besides the crew being there and working on the construction site, I had assistants from the office stop by weekly to make sure I was happy with the process, and to make sure that everything was moving smoothly. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"The service went well. The technician was very nice. He was not able to repair the toilet, but he did try very hard. We ended up having to buy a new toilet. I did have to wait a while to schedule the service because they were quite busy. He did show up to our appointment on time."

"I loved working with the project manager. He understood everything that I didn't want and also wanted. When we realized more work was needed, he had his men handle it. They were very honest and gave good advice. My project manager was excellent in his taste of matching flooring with he cabinets. I am extremely pleased with the quartz shade that was put in. They gave me the option of a six inch back-splash or tile. Details e were agreed upon beforehand. He knew I wanted a lighter kitchen and I got it. I am more than pleased with the outcome. What is so nice about this is I could call EITHER partner, and I would get one of them on the line each time. It looks wonderful."
