They immediately scheduled me, thanks Kelli, and Brent, the repairman, arrived promptly and went to work. He explained things as he went along and answered my questions easily and thoroughly. Heck, even my dog liked him. Ha Unfortunately, a part had to be ordered but Eric was on it immediately and able to arrange delivery that same evening, then Brent arrived EARLY to install it and get me going 100% again. Kudos to all and I will definitely used them again as needed."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.
