"Both the visit and repairs went really well. Lazaro came and repaired both hose bibs and allowed me to inspect his repairs and test before leaving. I was actually surprised I was scheduled the following morning; to me that was a big plus. Would definitely recommend."

"John Walters and the AAA Construction and Restoration team are highly recommended. Our townhouse was built in 1967 and the bathroom was in serious need of remodeling, including significant water damage to the living room ceiling. John and his staff accompanied us to Home Depot twice to assist in selecting materials. The construction team was professional, hard-working, and always aimed to please. In fact, realizing that being out of the home was difficult for our family, the team even worked on Thanksgiving. They also even came the day after Thanksgiving to ensure that everything was perfect. It was. Our new bathroom is beautiful, the ceiling repaired, other work was also done and we are extremely pleased with the results. John Walters and the AAA Construction Team are A++. Work done included: Full bathroom remodeling with new shower/bath, toilet, vanity, mirror, fixtures, floor and shower tile with border, light fixtures, vent, painting. Replacement of structural beams, living room ceiling patch-up Downstairs toilet replacement Front door frame replacement"

"Mr K repaired my Garbage Disposal. Working on also replacing the Faucets in my 1st floor bathroom."

"Mr.Fernandez did excellent work. He had to carry tiles, mud set and grout up a circular stairway and didn't charge extra for that. He leveled the patio so all areas would drain properly- no puddling. His price was very reasonable. Would definitely hire him again. A very conscientious person"

"Excellent service! E&S were punctual, professional, and efficient. They completed the job with precision and left the area clean. Highly recommend for any home repair needs! One call does do it all."

"Marvin is a real craftsman. He carefully explained what he was doing then performed the work expertly. I can not praise him highly enough. The project took about 4 weeks from commencement to completion. Marvin is a gentleman. His word is his bond. A few things went wrong as they will on any project. He just fixed them without drama. The tile work was difficult and superb. Details matter to Marvin. When the vanity plumbing was slightly off position, he tore out the wall and rerouted it. I did not realize how careful caulking can finish a room until Marvin finished. I am very happy with Marvin's service and professionalism."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"We were worried working with a contractor long distance. We live in Illinois but our condo we wanted remodeled is on Key Largo.  Our worries were alleviated by Eric's diligent monitoring of the work's progress and keeping in frequent contact with us. Eric was able to not only keep us updated but provide us with choices of materials throughout the job. His advice was invaluable as we picked color combinations and various styles. Eric provided us with internet links to look at the materials and compare the different products. Eric even obtained samples and put the samples into photo layouts so we could see how the colors went together. The end result was remarkable! We could not be happier with how our kitchen and baths were transformed. The rental agent who handles our property was so impressed with the results he plans to recommend Project Masters to other owners who are considering remodeling. The price was not the lowest of the estimates we obtained but was fair.  I have always found that you get what you pay for - what we got was a remarkably well done job, unusual attention to detail, and the job was completed on schedule! The last point is especially important because it allowed us to return our unit to the rental pool as quickly as possible. We highly recommend Project Masters and are already planning some additional work with them for our condo.
