"The guys did an excellent job in my opinion. They had to do some excavating to get down to the pipe. The complete pipe was replaced, not patched in. The septic tanked was pumped out, inspected, and an access cover was installed above the ground for future cleaning. The guy did everything to the tee that he told me he was going to do before he started. He completed the job in one day like he said he would, and he put back all the landscaping back exactly how it was to begin with. I would have Western Septic come back in a heartbeat and do any repairs that I have in the future. Super nice guy, friendly, and was very reasonably priced for all the work he performed for me. 100% satisfied, that's for sure."

"They came to do sewer replacement dated March 2025. When it was nearly done, they hit our house, hit the concrete and the fence at the backyard. Our sidings were damaged and we got the big hole in the bedroom. They said they would come to flat the backyard out. No one showed up. They came and hired an incompetent painter to fix the hole in the bedroom. Now we have 3 colors in that spot. 6 months! They had plenty of time and they ran away. This company is worse than the criminal of Hit and Run on the street. Stay away from them unless you want they destroy your Home."

The tech started raiding my toolbox, asking for tools I didn't even know existed. I became a tool sherpa as he borrowed my hammer, pry-bar, and who knows what else. But wait, it gets better (or worse). When the tech hit a roadblock, he casually mentioned the need for penetrating oil, a magical elixir apparently not included in my tool arsenal. Cue the unsolicited advice on purchasing a new washer. Oh, and let's not forget the "service fee" and the discounted "time fee" he gladly charged for this interactive session. Later that evening, armed with a $10 bottle of penetrating oil from Ace Hardware, I tackled the supposedly insurmountable challenge myself. Lo and behold, the wash plate surrendered without a fight! Lesson learned, folks: If your appliance repair resembles a team-building workshop where you're the assistant, it might be time to slam on the brakes.
