"I called, and a tech was in the area. Miguel was there within the promised time. He listened to what I had done (tough when customers diagnose for you) and helped me see what was wrong. I left my house to buy the new faucet (they were here so quickly, I hadn't bought one) and I felt no issue leaving him with my dogs. He was ready for the faucet when I returned and had it installed very quickly. Only challenge for me is they do not take credit cards. Miguel was very polite, respectful and appreciative. Dan was very clear with costs and worked with me because I didn't have the part.
