"After the last storm, most of our front rain gutter tore away from the roof line and fell to the ground. We called Ron Jones and he came to our house and gave us an estimate the same day. Later in the day he called to say his crew would replace the gutter the next day. They found a problem causing them to use straps that nailed into the roof to hold the gutter in place, and Ron did not charge anything extra for using them. The old gutter was removed and we were very happy with the new gutter. I would definitely hire JSR again and would recommend them to others."

"First job was a roof replacement. I researched a handful of contractors and chose him. He was moderately priced but had the best value for the dollar. He was also able to get to the project sooner. He and his crew were always there on time. Did a good job and left everything cleaned up. Very professional. A couple of years later that roof developed a leak. (It happens.) He came out the same day I called him and had it repaired. No charge, of course. A year or two later another older house I own and rent developed a moisture problem. He came out on the same day I called him. He spent 1.5 hours on the job investigating the source of the leak and then repaired it. Didn't charge me anything because I was one of his "customers". "They did a great job.  They used ice and water shield where needed, including valleys.  All flashing was done correctly. New roof looks great.  We've had plenty of rain since the job and no leaks.
Jimmy (the owner) quoted the job promptly, scheduled the approximate date and the work was done on time.  We had a couple of rain days during the work and they took care to protect the parts of the roof where the old shingles were removed, so I wouldn't have any water damage.  The work crew (which always included Jimmy) were a bunch of nice guys and they knew what they were doing.  It was always easy dealing with Jimmy and any questions I had.  All debris and tools were cleaned up at the end of each day.

"I was in   BIG   trouble!  Due to a leak in my roof that had gone unnoticed for years, the entire side wall of my house was in danger of crashing to the ground.  As Rob exposed the areas, it kept getting worse and worse than I had imagined. The rot was everywhere, and he discovered a lot of "sistering" from previous attempts to fix it. They were also rotten.

Rob handled every aspect of this huge job with professionalism, determination, and sheer genius.  There was NO WAY he was going to let my house fall apart, and it is now better supported than when it was first built back in 1964.  I was really in a panic about it, but Rob's confidence was very calming.  He reassured me every inch of the way.  That was most appreciated.

The supports he built were engineered specifically for the job.  Safety was definitely a concern.  Rob had to support one area before he could remove support from other areas.  It was incredible to watch him work.  As the job progressed towards completion, my smiles came more often.  What a relief to have the house repaired!   I am VERY happy with the result!

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
