"I thought the whole experience was great. He was here exactly when we scheduled for. When He came to my door, he was friendly and professional. I think the thing that I liked the most was he didn't mind that I was asking questions and he kept me well informed of what he was discovering. I had a couple of options that I could do, one being the easier route and the other a bit more complex. I knew I had enough information to make a good decision. He was perfectly willing to give me a enough time to decide which one was my best option. At the end of this I knew I had made the best choice. He absolutely did fix my problem and I have have no concerns since. As another note, I could tell this man had integrity and was honest.
