In our master bedroom, to take advantage of a fantastic view, they removed a large window from one wall, sealing it up like new, and installed a similar window on another wall. The work was performed quickly and skillfully, with great results. They also turned the double door leading into that room into a single door, creating more space in the room. Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. Electrical outlets that were relocated had to be reset and wall repairs had to be redone to allow texture and paint to be done. Base boards installed by Arayik had very uneven gaps above tile floor and had to be replaced. "

"The tile in the shower was done well, but the tile on the floor was not. The tile was uneven, grout missing and they put in the wrong drain cover. So, they came back and fixed it. The etched window in the shower that was caulked had mold growing under it. They came back and re-caulked it. The thermostat for the floor was not installed on it's own dedicated circuit, so an electrician has to come and fixed it."
