"Work was done on time and as promised. Floors were evened-out and floor felt solid. They did come back and make some adjustments once the house settled. Overall, a very good experience."

"I had 3 piers installed in the back of my house. The piers are suppose to be for a lifetime. There is a split in my brick & that is why I hired them. They fix it once, but now they will not or say they can't fix my split in brick. I'm very disappointed because like I said that is why I hired them and paid 800.00 for each pier. Harold informed me, when he put piers on the side of my house, it should fix the concrete crack inside of my house. Of course, it didn't. I called Rex on 3/6/17, about the brick split/crack but no return call."

"Called company they showed up at the time they stated they would be here, actually they were early (awesome).  Installed a total of 4 ceiling fans with lights in about 2 hours time.  He was very friendly and answered all questions that I had.  Once installed he made sure everything was working great.  He left his card and said if I had any problems to please call him and he would come and check it out.  He was extremely professional and considerate of our property. <br />"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Biscoe, AR

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
