"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

"We had a failed Moen shower lever that would not shut off the flow of water to the tub/shower area. It was 6 PM and these folks got right on it and put me on the list for the next repair team to come to our home. They installed two shutoff valves to isolate the problem area and then came back the next day with the replacement Moen part to fix the bad part. Very nice technicians who knew their job very well and who went right to work to diagnose and fix the problem. Very impressive."

"Your problem solved not only did a total rip out of our bathroom but Dylan and Jared did all the work from installing the tub, the tile the vanity , installed all the plumbing fixtures , painted , repaired sheet rock , installed electrical switches , heated flooring and in addition they installed storm doors , deadbolts and cleaned up everything after each day of work , we didnâ t have multiple contractors in and out and in addition they installed a whole house water system, Dylan s expertise might be plumbing however he did a fantastic job on everything and he provided a detailed bill before they started and a detailed invoice afterwardsâ ¦ the cost was well within our budget and when it comes time to redo our basement, there is no doubt who we will call.. "Put a deposit on 6/11/24 work was to start 6/25/24. He sent Ken out 6/26/24. Ken was a very nice and knowledgeable person with what needed to be done. Found out on 6/27 that putting the shower doors was not included, didn't quiet understand why it wasn't included Ken remove the shower doors We just assumed that he would install them back. Got a call from Chris saying that it was going to cost $300 extra dollars to install back the doors but he would give us a break and only charge $150. Still didn't understand it but wasn't in the mood to argue, they took down to shower heads and my handicap bars and replace them without an extra charge. So by my experience make sure every thing is in the contract Don't assume anything. 4 days later after the job was finished found out Ken did not put the screws back in the shower faucet or put the tracks on the shower doors. He done a good job just not completely happy with the small things."

"The installers were great; courteous, professional. The company sent the wrong shower floor, so, and was not realized until the tub was pulled. This delayed the install back a few months. Fortunately we have 2 bathrooms."
