"John apologized for not returning our call the previous day. Both John and Frank came promptly to our home around 4:45 PM.on Friday. They both were very nice Gentlemen and got right to work moving our King sized Mattresses from one floor to the next-and they also moved the box springs for each bed also. My husband and I were very impressed with their work. They were careful in moving both mattresses and box springs safely!! They then left our house to get the 3 bags of salt pellets-and again returned in a prompt manner. They placed all 3 bags of salt pellets in our soft water unit which is downstairs. "Ryan Seminario/Black Iron Construction installed a sliding door package in our living room. It was difficult to find someone willing to do a smaller project but Ryan was totally on board. This project required installing a header and re-constructing the wall to fit the doors, putting up drywall, sanding and texturing the wall and putting up new siding on the outside. He did a beautiful job! He paid attention to detail and got everything right. He is very good about communicating. Especially when he will be on site and what he will be working on. When he wasn't comfortable doing the wiring needed for our project, he was honest and upfront with me. We worked together and found an electrician to do it. He put up a plastic wall around the work area and cleaned the work area at the end of each day. I really appreciated that! I highly recommend Black Iron Construction for any project."

"Mr. Mulberry repaired a head gate for an irrigation system that had been leaking for over 20 years.  No one seemed to know how to fix it and it had been patched repeatedly but still leaked.  He inserted a new section of pipe and poured concrete inside the irrigation box so that it no longer leaks.  More recently he applied silicone caulk to another leaky section and even went down inside the box to put the caulk on the inside, where the most pressure would be.  <br /> He was prompt, dependable, polite, good-natured, and skilled.  On one occasion he could not come when he said he could and called to inform me.  I don't think there is anything that he cannot fix and I would not hesitate to call him for anything. <br />"
