"I originally had a serviceman from Wooldridge Heating, Air, and Electric to evaluate our noisy, wobbling ceiling fan. It took a 12 ft. step ladder to reach, which I'm not able to do myself, anymore. Once it was determined that the motor was going bad in the fan, I asked them to return and replace it with a new one we bought. They two workers sent were prompt, polite, and very efficient. They had the old fan down and the new one in place in less than an hour. That included transferring a remote control receiver into the new fan canopy. They even took away the old defective fan. Very good service and at a very reasonable cost."

"I have no idea how many visits, appointments, emergency calls for help or just plumbing issues we have had over more than 25 years at two residents. They have always been dependable, punctual and had a great eagerness to provide exceptional service. Recently upgraded a plumbing fixture and it works great. "Excellent!!! The plumber was informative and so quick. He went over what he would need to do and how much it would cost. The person that took my appointment was also very courteous. They said between 8-10am and he was there at around 8:30am a lot sooner then expected. I really appreciate that as a single female he didn't ask personal questions, if I was married or what my husband, boyfriend or father could do to help me like other service people have from other companies."

"He responded to my issue the same day. He went an extra mile by contacting Moen to get the right model and order a replacement cartridge for kitchen faucet. After talking to Moen we discovered that sometimes there is a hole in the pull out faucet line. When we looked at the line we discovered it was loose and just needed tightening I will keep bucket under sink til I'm sure there is no more leaking but I am so appreciative that he was honest and was able to fix my problem with no charge. I feel like someone else would have come and just replaced cartridge and charged me when nothing really needed to be done. Someone this honest will definitely be called when I need a plumber again. "Our furnace motor was making a loud noise, and Chris Suttles came by and diagnosed the problem shortly after I called. He fixed the problem that afternoon, and the furnace is now quieter than it's ever been. I asked him to come by the next week and give the furnace a tune-up and clean the heating ducts. When Chris opened one of the supply ducts, he found the inside of the ducts had a sticky, oil-like coating. I decided to replace the ductwork, and he replaced all of the ductwork in 2 days. The air coming out of our vents is now cleaner, warmer, and stronger."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"My experience with them was okay.  I bought both my washing machine and a refrigerator from them.  My refrigerator went out and so, I called them and the technician came out.  The initial phone call was great.  He came out when he said.  He was super nice.  He tried to fix what he thought was wrong.  After a few days later, the refrigerator went out again.  I called them again and I got somebody at phone who hardly understood the situation.  I thought she works at home or I don’t know what it was.  My husband spoke with her first.  She said that she could schedule a date, which was after a week.  I told her that will be no good because the refrigerator had all brand new food.  I couldn't wait for a week.  So she finally agreed on sending a technician out but again she was not cooperative in scheduling a time that was convenient for us.  I don’t know if she had a problem with understanding English but she was not able to understand.  Then I got on the phone and told her that we really needed somebody today or tomorrow and that we bought all the food.  All of sudden she said to me that she could send someone right away.  It was as if she didn’t even understand our first request.  The technician came out, he fixed the problem, and I told him that I was not going to pay him for the service call again.  He told me that it was not a problem and that I didn’t have to pay, so he only charged me for a part.  The only challenge was in calling them to make an appointment otherwise it was good.  Then I bought a washing machine from them and a technician came out to install it.  That went fine expect that our washing machine leaked right away.  So I told him that I needed a replacement and they got me a replacement.  So then, they came in and installed the replacement and it has been fine ever since.  I referred them to my friend as she wanted to buy a washing machine.  I later came to know that she went through the same problem of not able to get through the lady on the phone.  She told me that she was not able to understand the weird lady on the phone who didn’t understand what she needed.  She gave up and she chose someone else.  I knew exactly whom she spoke to because I went through the same thing.  The price was okay.  I don’t have anything to compare it to; however, it was better than some of the other ones.  I would use them again."
