"We recently had New Century Builders perform some much-needed work on our 40-year-old home. All of the carpet and vinyl flooring was removed, the paneling was removed from the dining room and kitchen, and repairs made to sheetrock throughout the entire 1248 square foot house. The walls and ceilings were given a fresh coat of paint, luxury vinyl plank flooring installed, some of the subfloor was repaired, and acrylic wall panels installed in one bathroom. Although not a large crew, all of this work was completed on time (about 3-1/2 weeks), other repairs made that were not in the original scope of work, and all of the scrap removed. The owner and his crew could not have been easier to work with. Any items that came up during this project (and there are always unseen and unknown glitches that will arise in a project of this size) were discussed and tackled right away without any pushback or hesitation. Even minor problems that my wife and I did not see were repaired to assure that a quality job was rendered. At times, even before we could say anything, one of the crew would spot a defect and make the necessary repairs because they take pride in their work and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. Workers showed up not just on time but early every day they were scheduled to work. All of this was done for a fair price. We highly recommend Donnie Linkous and New Century Builders for any home remodeling projects that you may have. We will definitely keep them in mind for any future projects that arise. "We recently remodeled our master bathroom and after extensive research we selected Remodel USA. We initially met with Martin Rabone who spent several hours showing us the various options available and assisting us in making preliminary selections. We were directed to various distributors who work with Remodel USA to make tile, granite and fixture selections. We found all of them to be extremely helpful. All parts of the project were carefully worked through with no work beginning until all the materials were available. We were told the project would take 2 weeks from start to finish and were pleasantly pleased that they finished a day early. Our production manager, Percy Melendez, assisted in final choices of materials prior to ordering and insured that we had the correct items and was meticulous in overseeing the two workers, appearing frequently and phoning often to be sure we were happy with everything. Two people were assigned to do the entire instillation except for the frame less shower glass. This meant that there was no waiting for various people who might be delayed by other jobs and the two knew how to do the tile work, electrical work, and plumbing. Both workers were extremely attentive to making sure that our carpets and furnishings were protected and provided advice about placement of grab bars and the showers. They approached us to make final placement decisions before instillation and did everything possible to make certain we would have the master bathroom we envisioned. The frame less shower surround was also expertly installed. All workers cleaned up the area daily and left no construction or other trash behind. Overall, we were exceptionally pleased with our entire experience and highly recommend Remodel USA. We will definitely consider them for future home projects as they do additions, windows, and other things."
