"A-Best reps came out twice more to take measurements that they had not originally gotten. They fell about two weeks behind their forecasted schedule, apparently because of the missed measurements and because their fabrication shop was very busy, and wasn't able to produce the trim for our chimney flashing and some other specialty pieces on time. When they did show up they did a great job. The only complaint that I would have is that we have ornamental bushes around the house that suffered some damage with materials, like the old shingles and flashing, that were thrown off of the roof."

"We have a steep roof and I had noticed that at least a couple of the plumbing vents projecting through the roof were leaking.  I called Advantage and he was there the next day to inspect and give me an estimate.  The estimate might have been a bit pricey but I did not want to be climbing around that roof and the business owner's responsiveness and courtesy impressed me.  He did the job the next day.   In my experience, this quick responsiveness is unusual for small repair jobs in this town.

UPDATE:
One of the vent pipes was still leaking after a recent rain, albeit not nearly as much.  I called Advantage and he showed up the next day.  He did a thorough inspection around the vent and found a crack in the ridge tiles and delamination in of tiles above the vent.  He replaced the flashing, reinstalled the tiles, and sealed the ridge cracks at no extra charge."
