"Angel and his team did a first class job of building a beautiful screened in porch on our existing deck, including the necessary structural work underneath. We spoke with multiple contractors and ZZEOS were the most knowledgeable and detailed oriented. We were so impressed with the porch, we had the finish off around the bottom of the deck. Pricing was very reasonable. They give you lots of options like skylights, doors, siding and shingle colors, etc. if we do anything else to our home, we will give them a call."

"Montco Fence did a great job. The installers were very professional and did exceptional work. The office staff is terrible, they didn't bother to call when they needed to reschedule due to weather and whenever I called they wouldn't call back. But don't let the lousy office deter you, the installers and quality of the work were well worth the hassle. I had a minor issue with the gates and (once I spoke to the office) the installers returned within 24 hours and fixed the issue."

"Our first meeting with Yakup Koksaldi, the President of t h e company, was very productive. We told him what we wanted and he sat there and drew up the plan exactly the way we wanted it to be. He was cool and professional and never once pressured us. He was honest and gave us good advice. We did an addition (23'x14'), with an A roof. They started work in June 2016 and completed the job by mid August 2016. The work was neatly done and up to code. From the foundation to the roof, the skylight, the energy efficient Windows, the heating system, laminate flooring, electrical system and light fixtures . Everything was done with great professionalism. The workers were polite and worked effortlessly. We are very pleased with the outcome of our addition. Since completing this job, we already had them come back to do a small project. We have recommended them to our friends because our friends just love our addition. "Found Rock-A-Fellas on Angies List and I'm glad I did.  Bob examined thoroughly and patiently explained the construction flaws in the carport built in the rear of my home by another contractor back in 2009.  Because the original contactor did not follow standard building codes and use proper construction techniques and materials, I was cited by the City of Philadelphia.  Bob spoke to the Licenses and Inspections Inspector and tried very hard to figure a way to save the carport.  Unfortunately, due to the poor prior construction, demolition was the only option left to me. 

Bob and his three man crew arrived 30 minutes early and for the next three and a half hours methodically and carefully removed the carport, which included a roof and sides.   I was very impressed with their attention to detail such as avoiding damaging the power and cable lines, reassembling the downspout, tying back the power lines after the demolition was over/ 

After the demolition was over, you couldn't tell there was ever a structure.  

I hired Rock-A-Fellas to  remodel/reconstruct my nephew's bedroom, which had termite and moisture damage.  I'm also considering having Bob and his crew do a complete remodel of my kitchen, basement, and a new carport. 

This was my best experience with a contractor.  I give Rock-A-Fellas an A+++++ rating.
