"We had our roof replaced by Springfield roofing and they did an excellent job. Andre was easy to work with, professional, and timely. We are really happy with the work!"

"The roof replacement did not start the day that was originally communicated. I was told that it would take a day, but when I came home, equipment was still there, so it actually took two. The roof appears to be fine. After recent bad weather the first week of April, I saw the portion of a shingle in my yard. When calling Central to have someone come out and look at it to ensure that it was not a shingle from my roof recently replaced, I was told that I would be informed of when the person would come out and check for any damage. That was not done nor did I receive a follow up call to advise of the inspection results. I was only made aware that someone came to the house because my neighbor called to let me know. I just called today at 9:02am and was told that the inspection was completed last Wednesday and that no damage was found. I can only trust their word because there is no way for me to know for sure. There customer responsiveness could be improved. I will say that the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes that I received for those that are making a decision primarily based on cost."

"Extremely well. Workers were professional and courteous. Cleaned up extremely well. In fact came back a second day to do a second sweep that included metal detection to get all the nails. Also, they reviewed their own work and were not satisfied with the flashing installation so they came back a couple days later with new material to replace it. No additional cost to us. Overall, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new roof."

"I received my quote from Jay who was obviously very knowledgeable and less of a salesman than the representatives of other companies. The quote he gave me was middle of the pack, but was given on an actual signable contract detailing the whole process. This was in sharp contrast due to other quotes (e.g. a handwritten number on a blank piece of paper, or a basic $X for this shingle, $Y for this shingle). The quote also included quotes for all the options (new gutters, new skylights, etc.) which I didn't ask for but were nice to have. I ended up getting the skylights replaced anyway. Jay was also responsive to questions I had when another company began bargaining to get my business. They eventually made a very comparable offer, but the peace of mind of having a contract and the lack of salesmanship made me choose Certified. I got the quote just before Christmas due to signs of a leak appearing on a ceiling. The holidays are an awkward time to get work done, and I was worried that I would be waiting a long time, but I received notice on the first Monday after the holiday break that the materials would be delivered the next day and work would begin the day after that. The work took about a day and a half, with the workers showing up promptly at 7:30 AM both days, right when they said they would. They worked quickly but to my eyes everything was done by the book. Only time will tell with a roof. They cleaned up afterwards, and I have not found any nails or other metal bits, just a few pieces of old shingle and some plastic. The roof and flashing look good, and all points in the contract were completed. My only complaint is that there appear to be two different sizes of flashing used, and there is one long run where the two different sizes meet that doesn't look great aesthetically (though they are connected via a silicone caulk, so I don't worry about the functionality). There could be a reason for this that I don't know about."

"During the recent windstorm, shingles on our roof had come loose. We were fortunate that it wasn't a big job and we hoped to find a quick, competent repair. We contacted Unicorp Home Energy Services and the repairs were done within a couple of days. We called Unicorp because of the superior service they provided in replacing all the windows (30+) in our home in 2016. The quality of their work and customer service are exceptional. We spoke with Devon and Megan by phone. David and his crew were punctual, professional, and thorough. Both the office staff and service team exhibited the professionalism, courtesy, and follow through that sets Unicorp apart from competitors. We highly recommend Unicorp Home Energy Services."

"I needed a new roof and wanted gutters and gutter covers. After meeting with one other company, I selected Roofing Pups. Shawn of Roofing Pups was friendly, mannerly, professional, and knowledgeable. He offered a much better deal that included everything I wanted, at a reasonable price. Whenever I called Shawn or his colleague, they responded by text or phone within seconds. The project was completed in three days, and cleanup was done daily. All staff and workers were friendly, professional, and well-versed in their skills. The workmanship was superb! After the work was completed, it rained hard the next day. There were no leaks, rain was flowing away from my home as it should, and the appearance of my house looks great. Overall, I’m a happy customer and would recommend Roofing Pups to friends and family."

"ARHT Home Solutions replaced my roof with GAF shingles in Westminster, Maryland, and also switched my 5" gutters over to brand new 6" K-style gutters. The project was completed professionally and efficiently. I am very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the overall experience. ARHT assisted me with my homeowners insurance company throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend ARHT Home Solutions to my family and friends."

"The young man that came to see my missing shingles on my roof, was professional, informed, and polite. The only issue was that the company does NOT conduct repair as I needed. The company only replaces the entire roof. I am glad he came and advised about replacing the roof if we decide to do that and decide that we can afford it. Right now I need to repair the missing shingles. and he/ his company can not help me."

"Job was to widen driveway and replace area with chipping cement. Assessment was thorough and priced comparatively. Crewed was punctual, efficient and courteous. Job was completed on schedule. I highly recommend Skyline services and would used their services again (next assignment already lined up). I’m very pleased."
