"My experience with Romualdo and the services he and his team provided was excellent! I had to replace my walkway and decided that this would also be the perfect time to reshape and used colored concrete on the walkway to have a more beautiful view to the entrance of my home. I provided Romauldo with a couple of pictures of designs I wanted and he was able to recreate the design I desired. He also provided me with a set of colors I could choose from to color the cement. The outcome was perfect! I could not have asked for a better overall experience and will definitely use Romualdo and his team for future projects. And yes, they did clean up afterwards, which was really appreciated."

"Everyone at Capital Floor Coating was responsive and professional. They were on time for all appointments and called ahead to confirm their arrival time when they were on the way. The garage floor turned out great. All the cracks, holes, and stains are gone. It is much brighter in the garage too."

"The work was done well overall, but I had to remove some large concrete pieces from the sloping areas around the edges. The original diggers had buried these close to the surface, which would have made landscaping impossible. This was not Jerry's fault, as they did not follow his instructions to break these up, and add them to the substrate rock under the patio base. There were delays due to the very bad weather, out of his control, but the re-scheduling needs could have been communicated better, in my opinion."

Marvin is very conscientious business man. He showed up when he said he would, worked under some of the hottest conditions imaginable to complete the work as scheduled. When a couple of issues arose he returned and redid things until I was 100% satisfied.

One of my neighbors saw his work and contracted him for concrete work at his house. He ensures customer is completely satisfied and is a man who keeps his word. I would definitely hire him again

"After finding Tillerman Gardens online and requesting an estimate for substantial hardscape/landscape work on our newly renovated house, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that Jesse, the owner, actually grew up in our neighborhood! On top of being a Takoma Park local, and an all around friendly, honest, business owner, we also came to learn that he does great work as well! His team completely transformed our hardscape areas, including installing a beautiful flagstone walkway and patio, a perfectly graded cement driveway, iron railings on our steps, and plants in a number of locations. On top of that, some of the work required some touch up and sealing and Jesse and his team have come out a couple of times later this spring to do that work unprompted. There's a little bit left, but I know they'll be around to finish it as they've taken care of us every step of the way. Even better, everything was done in budget. Look no further! These are your go to guys for all landscape/hardscape work in the area!"

"Overall, I thought the person that came to my home to give an estimate of the patio we wanted to build was not very professional. She came up with a sketch for the patio which did not incorporate the design ideas that I wanted. She was willing to re-sketch the design 2 times to get it right, but then seemed to get annoyed that I asked questions about the materials that were being used, the options that were available...etc. Granted she may have been having a bad week, but I expected more. Ended up going with a different contractor and glad I did because the quote I got from them was $1000 less and I loved the job they did.

"Was closing on a house, called to set up a consultation later that afternoon. Ken, the owner, personally did the consultation and discussed all options with me. He understood that I didn't want them to look brand new (original hardwood floors) just a face lift. The consultation was Friday afternoon, work started the following Monday and was finished the same day. Octavius and his team showed up prompt and early Monday morning. Octavius was kind enough to provide status pictures throughout the day and the floors looked better than I could have imagined. It's been a couple months since the work was complete, the floors look just as amazing as the first day. Highly recommend Floor Gem and plan on using them for any future work."
