"They replaced a toilet, as sink and rehabilitated a tub etc. The were always on time. Their price was fair. It’s a father, mother and son working together. Great plumbers, nice people. We would recommend them highly."

"So glad we found this company! We had a few estimates and Tankless Concepts was by far the most knowledgeable and professional with reasonable prices. They were able to explain every aspect of the job to get the correct system and installation for our home. When it came time to install the team was super friendly and helpful and they were able to make on-site adjustments to help us get everything just right. We are very happy with how things turned out and would absolutely recommend for anyone considering having a tankless water heater."

"Energy Efficiency Experts was very responsive and easy to work with, and both Pascale Maslin and Nick Chang took time to listen to my concerns about comfort and high energy bills. Nick’s attic to basement inspection was thorough, and he explained issues like air leaks, insulation gaps, and attic and kneewall problems in clear, down to earth language. The report that Pascale and Nick provided was detailed but easy to follow, showing how deficiencies in previous work were driving my high utility costs and giving me a prioritized list of fixes to improve efficiency. I left the process feeling informed and confident about next steps, and I would strongly recommend Pascale, Nick, and Energy Efficiency Experts to any homeowner facing high energy bills. "

"Been 7 years and everything is still tight! Repointed the block on the inside and painted it about 4 years ago. Paint is holding up. Squared the seal up on the outside and painted there too. Everything outside is holding up as well. The only company that didn't try to sell me a sump pump."

"Overall wonderful experience working with DGL. They did a full basement tear out and remodel both on schedule and cost. I'll be reaching out to them first for all future renovation needs. "

"My AC was not blowing out air but it wasn't cold air. When my AC broke, Zivko (owner) charged me $759 to fix it by filling the AC with 5 lbs of refrigerant. He left my house telling me that I needed to wait a while before feeling the house cool down. The house never cooled down because what he tried didn't work to fix the AC. When I called him to let him know that the AC was not fixed, he said he did all he could. He didn't come back to try to fix the AC or provide a refund, not even a partial refund. He just left me with a broken AC after taking my check for $759."

"Fantastic job. Provided accurate assessment of what needed to be done at reasonable cost for our unfinished basement. Resolved all water issues completely and have not had water in the basement despite rainy spring/summer."

"If you don't mind spending WAY over typical rates then Peddicord is your man. They quoted a job to replace 46' of poly pipe with cvpc for $1295. They then called and said it would be an additional $990 for a total of $2285 so they changed their "fixed" rate which amounted to a rate of over $300 an hour just for labor. I protested to this crazy high rate for a plumber. He then did some calculations and said he would charge me $1460 for labor based on time on the job and $500 for materials. I then said there was no way he had $500 in material, he then said $400 and he would go no lower. So I agreed to pay the new total of $1860. I later looked up costs for cvpc and fittings, etc on Home Depot and saw where this material probably cost about $75, no where near the $400 he charged me. So he marked up his materials approximately 400% which is outrageous. I questioned him on this and he replied that he did have a list of material. I consider that being severely OVERCHARGED."
