"Well overall. Tub and tiles look new. We chose basic white and looks much better. Also caulked and touched up tile where needed. Agreed without complaint to replace new shower faucet handle that was discolored/tarnished by the process. We were happy overall. Staff was very friendly and easy to work with to schedule the work as well. Only minor complaint was when they put large hose out window of bedroom onto deck to vent fumes and paint residue, a fair amount of white residue was left on deck railings, which was not cleaned up, and we did not notice it until several days later. It was not easy to clean off."

"The owner of Stone Depot, Nick Papas, offers hands on professional service.   I am a realtor, so great service is part of my professional standard and I appreciate it in others.  Nick was always available by phone and was very responsive.  I was nervous about selecting my granite, and I changed my mind at the last minute.   Nick was very gracious and allowed me to select another granite that I preferred. His team arrived for the installation on time and did an outstanding job.  The was a minor issue with caulking, and Nick sent someone out the next day to finish it off.  I could not be more happy with my granite and Stone Depot.  I was advised to personally select my slab of granite - which I did.  All granite is different, so that was good advice.  The location for selection was in Sterling VA, which was great for me since I live in VA.
I also checked out Counter Intelligence, but found the salesman was not very concerned and did not go the extra mile to get my business.  I  had to drive all the way to Silver Spring MD to look at samples of granite slabs.  That was to far to go.  Also, their price quote was higher.  The smaller company atmosphere at Stone Depot was a much better choice for me.  I highly recommend them!

"Mr. Lee was easy to work with. He knew exactly what was needed to get the job done after looking at what he was working with. I needed to have a new shower drain and 2 inch PVC pipe installed after I removed the previous 15 year old leaking drain. I knew the next steps needed to be done by a professional. "The service provider came out and inspected my problem. I had an older three faucet system in both bathrooms. The provider said since the rest of the bath/shower area was in good condition, I just needed to replace the faucets. He said that it would be a good idea to replace both bathrooms with the same new faucet sets. He explained that they could provide the faucet sets or I could purchase them on my own. It was significantly cheaper to purchase them on my own. However, if I purchased my own faucets, the companies warranty would not cover any problems with the faucets, Their warranty would only cover the work. He explained that it would be a good idea to get ceramic faucets versus the stem kind. I had to purchase the faucets and then contact the provider to come back and install them. When I went to buy the faucets, I had a very limited selection for three handle faucets sets with a valve included. I ended up spending approximately $134.00 for two faucet sets that included shower head, tub spout, three handles and valve. Since I was replacing two faucet sets, the provider gave me half off of the second set replacement. My total bill for the work was $490.00 for both plus the $99.00 I paid for the deal. The receptionist was also very polite and professional."

Their seasoned carpenter took care of it skillfully and quickly. Another professional in their group installed vinyl flooring in our basement;!it came out perfectly. They also did some other minor repairs and regrouted tiles in the bathroom.
