After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.

"I contacted Rent Painters to paint the interior and exterior of my townhouse. I set an appointment with Chris to look at the project. He arrived promptly and we walked through the house. A few days later he provided me an estimate for labor and material. The estimate was fair and I contracted the work. The crew came as agreed and they completed the work in just a few days. The quality of work was excellent. My house looks fully refreshed. I could not be happier with the end product. I will call them again for my next paint project and I highly recommend them!"

"The technicians redid the bricks so that you couldn't even tell they were repaired. It looked beautiful. They put in a new liner in the chimney and waterproofed it. They redid the inside of the fireplace to bring it up to code and put in a chain that easily opens and closes the flue. It looks so good and easy that I may decide to use the fireplace again. They redid the pipes in the basement so the fumes from the boiler and hot water heater went up the chimney in the correct way. There had been water damage and they corrected the damage and closed off the hole in the wall (foundation) and made a bigger hole in the correct place so that everything was up to code. They were polite, efficient and worked very hard to get the work done in the promised two days. I have interviewed many companies and found this company to be straight-forward in telling me what they would do and didn't try to tell me they were giving me a "good deal." Rather I feel they gave me an honest estimate on what needed to be done and didn't try to pressure me into using their company. They did give me 10% off because I was an Angie's List customer. What company to use was a hard decision for me because I knew nothing about chimney repair. Because so much of the repair was inside the chimney I couldn't tell what they had done. Based on my experience I feel they did a good job. I don't have a picture of the repaired chimney but it looks great--better than it did before the bricks fell. If someone wants more detail I can copy exactly what they did from the invoice. Also, maybe the company can show a picture of the finished product. Since it is summer time I haven't had any experience using the chimney but will let you know how things work out during the winter."

"The overall experience was exceptional. Luis meet with my wife and I and did a walk thru of the property and provided us with an estimate within an hour of the walk-thru. I already had heard excellent things about his company from numerous co-workers who had FDC paint their home. I truly feel like we got an extreme value in terms of the service we received for the price. Since our house was a new build, we had a number of cracks and nail pops associated with the home settling. Also, entire house to include walls ceiling and trim was a blah beige. Needless to say, FDC had their work cut out for them. Luis and his team skimmed and sanded all these areas and repaired the drywall making the necessary repairs as part of their prep work. Once painting had begun, he provided a daily up date on the project and sent pictures. We meet on numerous occasions to go over things and I was blown away by he and his crews attention to detail. He not only meet the deadline but was able to get the whole house done a day early. He and his team treated our home like it was their own. Not a single corner was cut and he went above and beyond to make the house perfect. I recommend Luis and FDC Proffesional Painting to anyone who is looking to transform their home and eliminate all stress. Additionally, all work is backed by a 3 year warranty so if there are any issues or our scratch a wall moving in he and his team will come back and make touch ups or repairs free of charge. My wife and I plan to have FDC come back in the winter to paint our finished basement."

"The provider was on time and did a great job painting.  There were a few area where I felt he could have done a better job with the drywall repair and will need to have this area redone but overall the paint job looks great.  The job was for 8 hours of painting.  He arrived at 8:00 am and left promptly at 4:00 pm but to my knowledge he took a 30 min lunch break which then does not equate to 8 hours.  He cleaned up pretty well.
