My only concern became how shockingly expensive it was to fix a few faucets. I have a lake home up north and a winter home in AZ am in a position to compare what plumbers charge there. Twin Cities plumbers are way more expensive - far more than the work seems to require, especially in the time of recession where so many plumbers are unemployed due to the collapse of the construction market."
