"They were knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient. Duke Energy turned off my gas when a leak was detected after line replacement in my neighborhood. After strategizing how to tackle the project, D&P fixed the leaks in a little over two hours. I had contacted another plumber whose estimate included a crew for a whole day and a rip and replace of 70 ft of gas pipe to the tune of $8200! D&P actually repairing the problem was much more cost effective."

"Tracy did a great job of clearing the drain on my bathroom sink and kitchen sink too, which I wasn't expecting. They drain beautifully."

"Two Archer Plumbing plumbers came to my house to unclog a drain in my basement that used to be a toilet, but was now capped off. The cap had shot off because of a clog underground. The men that came called me when they were on their way, and then unclogged the drain by using one of their snake machines. They were both friendly and good natured guys. I had no problems and was satisfied by the end result. They even checked to make sure the clog was gone by running the machine again, and using a bucket to pour water down into the drain. Great work!

"Very qualified but no discounts for elderly or miltary. Cost was high for the work that was completed. $400 to clean a drain. Your chose. We were close to Easter and hosting family gave us no choose but to accept the cost. Being a retired military in our 80's made this hard to accept, but again no time to shop around"

"Our main stack backed up and we needed help as soon as possible; we couldnâ t even wash our hands without running the risk of more water ending up on our 1st floor. From the time I found Zoom Drain on Angi till the time Alex arrived was probably less than 90 minutes. He did a terrific job and was such a polite and respectful young man, my wife insisted on giving him some money to buy a decent dinner on his way back to Wilmington. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain over their biggest competitor which I called first. I was not happy with their pricing or their sales tactics, which is why I looked for a second opinion and found Zoom Drain. I am VERY happy with my decision!"

"Came out on time. Presented two offers. Snaked drain and used camera to detect any other blockage. Cleaned up after. Had to come back a second time to install a part they needed to order. Did a great job."

"They came that morning, they analyze the problem and provide the service the same day, they are fast and provide some advises for future reference."

"The septic tank was pumped satisfactorily. The problem we had was that our gate and latching mechanism were damage by his employee doing the work. We were told that the gate was damaged. We called Mr Andrews after we discovered that gate was damaged. Mr Andrews told me that his employees were independent contractors and were responsible for any damages that occur. Mr Andrews asked me to send him pictures and a description of the damage. He said he would have his independent contractor contact me to resolve the issue. To date we have not heard from his independent contractor or Mr Andrews to resolve the issue The company does a good pumping your septic tank but doesn't take care of any damages that they cause.
