"We actually hired Custom Construction Services a couple of times. Both times we were extremely satisfied with their workmanship and professionalism. Derek explained everything to us. Gave us a price that was reasonable and accurate. He met the timeline he projected. And cleaned up everything after the job was complete. The first time we hired them, it was for work done in our garage. We needed additional insulation and some parts repaired. Everything came out exactly as we had hoped it would. The second time, there was a bigger job. We needed a large room in our basement refurbished and finished with new flooring, ceiling, new recessed lighting, etc. The work done was outstanding. As my wife takes care of our toddler grandson each day at our house, this new room has become our grandson’s favorite room to play it. We are very happy we decided to upgrade this room & most of all, very pleased that we hired Custom Construction Services once again. Derek & his company are the best around. Easy to deal with. "Upon calling Jay for an estimate  - he came out promptly to look at the job in hand.  He supplied a detailed estimate within a couple of days and we agreed upon this.  His crew began working within a couple of weeks of original suggested date due to bad weather they could not start earlier.  Once here, they were very hardworking, thorough and professional.  All of his crew were excellent painters and took their time to make it look really nice.  They cleaned up each day after they left and were respectful of the property. 
I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors.  I will be using this company in the future to update our bathroom and replace handrails in the hallway.

"We priced out dumpsters and initially, the dumpsters looked like the way to go but upon reading the fine print, we realized they would have cost more than a bullbag. Each dumpster was about $150-$200 BUT each ONLY included up to 1 ton of material, and the companies would charge me an additional $85/ton over it. The bullbag price was NOT based on weight but rather just filling the bag to the top of the bag. The bullbag not only saved me money, but the people were nice to deal with, but everything they said, they actually did. We have a house on the Cape and we will use them there too in March. We were told up front that there would be an additional $75 fee because of the location, but it is STILL cheaper and easier than a metal dumpster."
