"I contacted Indiana Foundation to check my foundation and crawl space due to a crack in my brick wall. I received a thorough inspection, The rep showed me pictures of the findings and provided an understandable explanation regarding the condition of the foundation and the crawl space. I contracted with Indiana Foundation for push piers to stabilize and raise the foundation. They completed most of the project this week. They we unable to complete one side of the house because the natural gas line is right next to the foundation. When the gas company moves the line the remainder of the project can be competed. I received excellent service by foreman Charles and all the work crew; Daniel, Ryder, Ross, and Pete. They were efficient completing the work. Charles was especially excellent with his communication, keeping me informed during the days of work by the crew."

"Work was performed as scheduled. Concrete leveling was completed and the men did a very good job of cleaning up after. I was able to observe the concrete slab rising to be leveled off with surrounding stable slabs in the patio. As promised several days were given to allow for the concrete to dry and then men returned to install flexible polyurethane caulking to seal the concrete slabs control joints."

"First I would like to say that everyone I dealt with at ICSR was great! From Erika who made the appointments to Jeremiah who did the inspection, to Terry and his crew. They were all friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Jeremiah explained in detail what needed done in my crawlspace. There was a lot of damage due to termites in the past. "The job went very well. They harvested old brick from the attic chimney (which was about to fall), carefully cut and removed layers of old plaster, making a minimal repair hole, and then rebuilt the chimney in the upstairs bedroom. They repeated the process in the kitchen below, taking out only the plaster necessary and rebuilding that, as well, with the original bricks from the attic. Charley and Mike left clean, straight openings for new drywall, and only what was necessary. Then the guys finished in the basement, tuckpointing and stabilizing this four-story interior chimney. They protected floors and cleaned up, too. All three men--Charley, Mike, and Harry, were professional, polite, and knowledgeable."
