He had plenty of time to measure and plan it out. Instead the installs were misaligned. When things broke his 1st words was it is not my fault or it came out of the box that way. Then threatened to charge me to fix it. He picked low quality products & complained when I changed to a better product. Details were ignored, unfinished, trim wrong color"
