"Several years ago, we needed new oak flooring installed in two large rooms and have the rest of the home's floors sanded and refinished. IC Custom Flooring did all of the work and the results are amazing. The new flooring blends perfectly with the old floor both in fit and color. The workmen were prompt, courteous and extremely skilled. They moved and replaced all of the furniture as needed and left the worksite spotless, and all at a very fair price. Recently, we changed the hearth on our living room fireplace which exposed a large patch of 58 year old flooring. Since the old flooring had never been refinished, it was discolored with age and not level with the surrounding floor. Once again we called IC Custom Flooring. I then had them over to ask for a quote on replacing the floor and fixing subfloor issue especially in 2 spots, they said they would do it. they replaced the floors and did none of that. I just wasted thousands of dollar and will need to redo it. Do NOT hire these people, they do not care about your needs. Would give them negative stars if was possible"
