Came in and unhooked and moved washer and dryer to garage, removed very heavy 8ft door and removed old tile all in about 90 minutes. Next day installed new tile and grouted Did an excellent job with no mess and cleaned up everything. New tile looks great! Fast, friendly, reasonable and quality work Would recommend to anyone!"

"Hired Modern View to complete a total remodel of our small master bath. We demoed room and hung drywall prior. Then let Modern View take care of the rest - taped and finished drywall, installed shower tile, floor tile, shower doors, vanity, medicine cabinet, toilet, all fixtures, ceiling fan and vanity light, and finish trim. Painted. Room turned out fantastic. Also had them do some drywall patching in a couple closets. They even did some extra work we didn't originally discuss. The owner Mark is excellent to work with and his craftsman does quality work. Will look to their help with future projects."

"The JK Complete Remodeling team is very talented. They helped me design the basement remodel (about 1000 sq feet) with a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/bar, tv area, storage, coat closet and kids area including building it all out. They walked us through the different steps of the build out and made wonderful suggestions on what would look best or makes the most sense in layout, electrical switches/outlets, etc. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work is impressive as you can see from the pictures. They built the shelves and wine rack in the bar area, built the frame around the chalkboard paint in the kids area, built out a closet into our garage space. I would highly recommend this professional team."

The team was able to quickly help with our project of one complete bathroom gut renovation (tile, plumbing, custom built-ins, painting and installing all new fixtures) and an update to a half bath that included installing a custom vanity, new lighting, replacing the toilet and painting. We threw a lot of curveballs at them with our dated bathrooms, but they were able to incredibly work within two weeks to overhaul both bathrooms. Amazing! The team was very respectful of our family's safety with COVID precautions and minimized any concerns we might have had. I would 100% recommend using Above & Beyond for any projects, big or small. "Frank, John + team were such a pleasure to work with throughout the process of having my kitchen cabinets painted and our bathroom completely remodeled and enlarged. My house is over 100 years old and definitely had some quirks and communication about issues that came up along with potential solutions gave me such confidence and trust in the work that was being done. Pricing was very reasonable and Frank was wiling to work with me in a few areas to keep things within my budget. "I hired Salvador's company after talking with and receiving quotes from 4 companies. Salvador is very responsive. Salvador did a great job managing difficult schedules and was great at keeping in touch through this process. Although the project complete was of high quality, I'm mainly writing this review to highlight Salvador's professionalism through a particularly difficult challenge. After the drywall work was complete, his first (of two) floor crews came in to complete the hardwood floor installation. This first crew was NOT professional and installed the floor without providing the remedial work to the sub-floor that was needed for a quality installation. I wasn't made aware of this until the entire floor was completed an I noticed "soft spots" in several areas. I called Salvador to discuss the situation that day. Rather than try to argue that the installation was acceptable or give me a discount, Salvador asked if there was another day he could come by to redo the complete installation and absorb all costs to do so. This is a sign of a service provider that understands the value of a happy customer. Because of his actions, not only will I hire him again, but will also advocate for and recommend his company to others. Salvador demonstrated a high degree of integrity and clearly a positive resolve."
