The installation team led by Troi, with Jessie, Art and Delmonte arrived on time every morning and worked hard to complete their quality work. They tarped off areas/furniture in the basement to reduce any dust, but honestly, they left the basement in better shape than they found it. Any questions we had, they answered in detail. In our opinion they went above and beyond our expectations and were a great group to work with. We have since had 2 inches of rain with no water in the basement. After talking with Jeff on the phone they came to my house a couple of days later and took a look at our situation. We had been getting water coming into our basement and Jeff not only took the time to check things out but he provided information on how to chase down where the leak might originate from. He went into great detail as well teaching my wife and how the water can get into the basement and how to fix it. They did not charge us for the visit at all. I can't boast enough about their knowledge, integrity, and professionalism they presented while we met with them. "Good work in general; our basement no longer sees water for over 3 years now, which is the most important thing. But there were some real issues: The biggest issue is that USW did not adhere to local electrical codes, and did not arrange for a final inspection of the project. So we didn't find out that it wasn't to code until years later, and now it's a big hassle and minor cost to fix and get the permits. Ask your local gov yourself what you need to do for permits and inspections; don't rely on USW! USW said they would seal any foundation cracks found along the way; they didn't do this until I bugged the warranty dept about it (but they did do it eventually). USW sent someone out for the "annual checkup"... over 2 years after the install. It's a good thing they (eventually) did, because they discovered the backup battery wasn't charging. Now I know to check this stuff better myself. Prices also vary wildly and are kind of negotiable (I'd give more detail but I'm out of space)"

"In addition to the gutter guards which were installed and the downspouts buried, Thrasher also changed out a misfitting basement window well and cover, and installed a Sadona dehumidifying system. Jonah and his crew of Corrin and Luis were excellent at the work they did. I was called before they arrived, to ensure I was ready for them to start work, and Jonah went over the work with me prior to starting, to confirm what was to be done. Completely professional. After it was completed, we inspected it together and everything was perfect. I will worry less next time it rains! I will definitely recommend Thrasher if anyone I know needs work done."
